We are building a results-driven sales force to support our growth in the medical supplies sector. ________________________________________ Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to grow our medical supplies business by expanding client relationships, increasing market coverage, and achieving consistent sales performance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key clients - Present and promote medical supply products professionally - Prepare and follow up quotations until deal closure - Build long-term relationships with clients - Track and ensure timely execution of customer orders - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitors, demand trends) Requirements: - Bachelor s degree or diploma in medical, business, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in medical supplies sales - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills - Ability to work in field sales and handle targets - Basic computer skills and reporting ability Performance Indicators: - Monthly sales target achievement - Number of new clients acquired - Conversion rate (quotations to sales) - Customer retention and repeat orders - Market coverage within assigned area What We re Looking For: - Highly motivated and results-oriented personality - Strong relationship-building skills - Professional attitude and field presence - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Important Note: This role requires a high level of commitment, ownership, and performance discipline.
