We are currently preparing for a large-scale, multi-sector Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) engagement in Yemen funded by an international donor. To support this anticipated assignment, we are establishing a structured pool of qualified experts aligned with expected technical and operational requirements. Sector Specialists (Minimum 5+ Years Each) - Health – Facility monitoring, vaccination campaigns, service quality assessments - Nutrition – SAM/MAM programming, CMAM monitoring - WASH – Water systems, fuel distribution, supply monitoring - Education – School-based monitoring, infrastructure verification - Social Protection & Inclusion – Cash transfers, PDM, vulnerability targeting - Child Protection – Case management, safeguarding compliance - Social & Behaviour Change (SBC) – Community engagement monitoring - Supply Chain / Logistics – End-user monitoring (SEUM), high-value supply tracking - Cash Programming – Cash delivery monitoring, market impact assessment - Infrastructure / Fuel – Fuel distribution & water production monitoring ?
